This year instead of resolutions, I am following the 6 Changes plan. Over the year I will extablish 6 new habits:
- Exercise Daily
- Post Daily On My Blog(s) – This one and my 365 Days Til 30
- Spend 20 Quiet Minutes Every Morning
- Wash Dishes Right After Using Them
- Keep Bedroom Clutter-Free
- Create Something Everyday
